Its 6mm metric thread (M6x1.0) ensures perfect compatibility with the original factory bushing and can withstand the impact force of a high-pressure grease gun up to 35 MPa.

Equipped with a self-sealing ball valve and dust cap, this grease nipple effectively blocks dust and moisture intrusion in open-pit mines, extending track pin life by up to 40%. Third-party testing has proven its resilient seal in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C. It is suitable for routine maintenance of undercarriage rollers, idlers, and tensioning cylinders, significantly reducing the risk of track derailment.
